
ICAC probes whether developer's $2m to conservative operatives, including premier's brother, aimed to oust NSW building commissioner
NSW's ICAC is investigating whether fugitive developer Jean Nassif paid roughly $2 million to three young conservative operatives — including Charles Perrottet, brother of former premier Dominic Perrottet — to secure the removal of building commissioner David Chandler. Nassif, a prohibited donor under NSW electoral law, allegedly threatened Chandler in 2021 before fleeing to Lebanon.
