Australian Federal Court Finds eHarmony Misled Customers with Subscription Traps

Australia's Federal Court ruled eHarmony engaged in misleading and deceptive conduct through "subscription traps," breaching consumer law in six ways, including presenting subscriptions as finite when they auto-renewed at full price.
