Croatia arrests second Nord Stream suspect after Poland set him free on "defensive war" grounds

Croatian police arrested Ukrainian diver Volodymyr Zhuravlev in Pula over the 2022 Nord Stream bombings. Germany seeks his extradition to Karlsruhe. Poland previously released him, ruling Berlin lacked jurisdiction and that destroying the pipelines could be a justified Ukrainian defensive act.
