Croatia arrests a suspect in the Nord Stream pipeline bombing

Croatian police arrested Ukrainian diver Volodymyr Zhuravlev over the 2022 Nord Stream pipeline bombings. Germany wants him sent there for trial. Poland had earlier released him, saying Germany had no authority to prosecute and that blowing up the pipelines might have been a justified act of self-defense by Ukraine. Croatia now faces the same legal choice.
