Arizona Republicans Pick Andy Biggs for Governor; He'll Face Hobbs in November

Arizona's July 21, 2026 primaries set the November governor's race. Rep. Andy Biggs, who voted against certifying the 2020 election results and held Trump's endorsement, will face Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs, who won her first term by about 17,000 votes. Trump carried Arizona in 2024. The general election is November 3, 2026.
