United Employee Threatens to Call ICE on Naturalized Citizen in Viral Video

A United Airlines worker at San Francisco International told Julio Varela, a naturalized citizen, "Maybe we should call ICE on you" during a ticket name dispute. ICE, the federal agency handling immigration enforcement, has no role in correcting boarding passes. Varela's video went viral. United says it is looking into the interaction but has nothing further to share.
