United Airlines Employee Threatened to Call ICE on Naturalized U.S. Citizen in Viral Video

A United Airlines employee at San Francisco International Airport told Julio Varela, a naturalized U.S. citizen, "Maybe we should call ICE on you" and "You don't act like a citizen" during a dispute over a ticket name correction. Varela's video of the encounter went viral. United said it is "looking into the interaction in this video, but don't have anything additional to share at this time."
