Mother Ventures has closed its first fund backing companies that serve mothers and families. The firm targets a $2.4 trillion annual market: 85 million US mothers who control roughly 85% of household spending decisions. Founder Allison Stern previously scaled Tubular Labs, a video analytics company, to $25 million annual revenue.
