Norway dedicates national memorial to 2011 attack victims
Norway has unveiled a national memorial in Oslo's government district, near where a car bomb killed eight people in 2011. The ceremony, attended by Crown Prince Haakon, honors all 77 killed by neo-Nazi Anders Breivik — eight in Oslo and 69 shot dead at Utøya island. The unveiling comes just before the 15th anniversary of the attacks.
