Norway opens memorial for victims of 2011 attacks

Norway has opened a national memorial in Oslo near where a car bomb exploded in 2011. A far-right extremist named Anders Breivik killed 77 people that day — eight in the capital and 69 on an island called Utøya. Crown Prince Haakon attended the ceremony, held days before the 15th anniversary of the attacks.
