Smeg's New Forte Mixer Brings More Power to the Kitchen Counter

Smeg USA launched the Forte stand mixer in April 2024 with a 750-watt motor—more than twice the power of KitchenAid's standard Artisan model. The Forte adds ten speed levels and a Smooth Start function to reduce splashing. Wired rated it 7 out of 10: competent, but not a clear win over established rivals. Available in seven colors through Smeg's website and retail partners.
