Flavio Bolsonaro asks Brazil's electoral court to annul Lula's candidacy

Lawyers for Flavio Bolsonaro asked Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (TSE) on October 20 to annul Lula's candidacy and bar him and minister Sidonio Palmeira from office for eight years. The request alleges abuse of power through mass sharing of government posts on WhatsApp. Lula's campaign said it would seek Bolsonaro's disqualification on October 22. The runoff is October 25.
