Abuse survivor's lawsuit against Sussex Police and CPS now before UK Supreme Court

A domestic abuse survivor, known in court papers as XGY, is seeking to sue Sussex Police and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), which brings criminal cases to court. A CPS lawyer disclosed her address at a magistrates' hearing, and she moved home. The Court of Appeal ruled she could not sue. The case is now before the UK Supreme Court.
