Declassified report says CIA front helped Nazi collaborators enter Canada
Newly released passages of historian Alti Rodal's report to the Deschênes Commission — the 1985-86 inquiry on Nazi suspects in Canada — say Nazi collaborators who aided the U.S. entered Canada with help from the U.S. Army's Research and Resettlement Branch, described as a cover for the CIA. Ottawa released it after a Federal Court order it did not appeal.
