Secret files say U.S. spies helped Nazi helpers get into Canada

Newly opened records from historian Alti Rodal's work for the 1985-86 Deschênes inquiry into Nazis in Canada say Nazi helpers who worked for the U.S. were moved to Canada by the U.S. Army's Research and Resettlement Branch, a disguise for the CIA, America's spy agency. Ottawa published them after a Federal Court order Ottawa did not appeal.
