SpaceX Agrees to Buy Grain's Nationwide 800 MHz Airwaves

SpaceX agreed to buy all of Grain Management's nationwide 800 MHz spectrum — the radio airwaves used for wireless service — under a deal announced Oct. 8, 2026, Yahoo Finance and Reuters reported. The sale still needs FCC approval and other standard closing conditions. Milbank advised Grain. Ownership hasn't changed hands yet.
