
Unredacted report says CIA cover helped Nazi collaborators enter Canada
Newly declassified passages of historian Alti Rodal's report to the 1985-86 Deschênes Commission say Nazi collaborators who aided the U.S. were assisted into Canada by the U.S. Army's Research and Resettlement Branch, described as a cover for the CIA. Ottawa released the text after a Federal Court order it did not appeal.
