Trump Administration to Seek Supreme Court Approval for Third-Country Deportations

The Justice Department will ask the Supreme Court to restore its policy of deporting migrants to countries other than their own, Attorney General Todd Blanche said Sept. 24. A Boston appeals court upheld a ruling finding the Homeland Security policy unlawful. The Court had earlier paused that ruling temporarily in DHS v. D.V.D.
