Trump Team to Ask Top U.S. Court to Allow Deportations to Other Countries

The Trump administration will ask the Supreme Court, the nation's top court, to let it send migrants to a country that is not their home, Attorney General Todd Blanche said Sept. 24. A Boston appeals court upheld a ruling that the Homeland Security policy is unlawful. The Court had briefly frozen that ruling in DHS v. D.V.D.
