Trump administration to ask Supreme Court to allow third-country deportations

Attorney General Todd Blanche said Sept. 24 the Justice Department will seek Supreme Court relief to allow deporting migrants to countries other than their own after a Boston appeals court upheld a ruling declaring the Homeland Security policy unlawful. The Court previously granted a stay in the same case, DHS v. D.V.D.
