YouTube Adds Paid Hypes With Permanent Credit

Fans can buy Jewels, YouTube's virtual currency, to hype videos beyond the free limit of three per week, YouTube said at its Made on YouTube event. Paid supporters will have their usernames permanently listed in the video description. Viewers have hyped 75 million unique videos more than 1 billion times.
