Zelenskyy Warns of Planned Russian Mass Attack Before UN Speech

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said Sept. 22, 2026, that Russia is planning a new mass attack on Ukraine. He issued the warning ahead of his speech to the 2026 UN General Assembly, the gathering where leaders of UN member countries meet.
