Swinney faces questions over NHS Scotland board merger detail

Five days after First Minister John Swinney pledged to cut mainland NHS Scotland boards from 14 to two, no workforce modelling, transition costs, or governance detail has been published. Labour's Jackie Baillie, Conservative Craig Hoy, and Reform UK's Malcolm Offord are all pressing him on potential job losses. Swinney has pledged no compulsory redundancies.
