Swinney pressed on missing detail for NHS Scotland board merger

Five days after First Minister John Swinney announced cutting mainland NHS Scotland boards from 14 to two, no workforce modelling, transition costs, or governance detail has been published. Labour's Jackie Baillie, Conservative Craig Hoy, and Reform UK's Malcolm Offord are all pressing Swinney on how many NHS jobs could be affected. Swinney has pledged no compulsory redundancies.
