Rival driver pulls competitor from burning Ferrari after China GT crash in Shanghai

Loek Hartog, 23, stopped his Porsche during the China GT race in Shanghai on 5 September and hauled Ollie Millroy from his burning Ferrari 296 GT3 after a side-impact collision. Millroy said no marshals or fire crews were in sight. Hartog tore off part of the door, grabbed an extinguisher, and pulled Millroy clear. Millroy, 35, suffered five broken ribs, a broken collarbone, a broken hand and finger, and a bruised lung. The race did not resume.
