Aon Close to ~$17 Billion Deal for USI Insurance Services

Aon is in advanced talks to buy USI Insurance Services for roughly $17 billion. USI generates over $1 billion in revenue across 140 U.S. offices. KKR and CDPQ acquired it in 2017 for $4.3 billion including debt. Nothing is signed; price and timing could shift.
