
Dutch Court Jails Rwandan-Born Man for 1994 Genocide Massacre Under Universal Jurisdiction
A Hague court sentenced Eugene N., 67, to life for directing the massacre of some 3,000 Tutsis at Mbazi stadium in April 1994. Rwanda sought extradition in 2014, but Dutch law bars surrendering nationals.
