ICAC: Perrottet's brother texted 'we execute the prick' about minister days before leadership vote

NSW ICAC heard Charles Perrottet texted 'we execute the prick' about Liberal minister David Elliott on 3 October 2021 — two days before his brother Dominic became NSW premier. Charles later wrote Dominic 'thanked me' and 'apologised for the Elliott stuff.' Dominic faces no allegations. ICAC is investigating whether Charles took prohibited developer donations from Jean Nassif, partly to damage Elliott.
