ICAC hears Charles Perrottet texted 'we execute the prick' about minister David Elliott before brother Dominic's premiership vote

NSW ICAC's Operation Rosny heard that Charles Perrottet texted 'we execute the prick as soon as party room is over' about Liberal minister David Elliott on 3 October 2021 — two days before his brother Dominic was elected NSW premier. Charles later wrote that Dominic 'thanked me for everything' and 'apologised for the Elliott stuff.' Dominic Perrottet is not accused of wrongdoing. ICAC is examining whether Charles took prohibited developer donations from Jean Nassif, including to damage Elliott's career.
