Luxon apologises again over benefit suspensions from rushed law change

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon apologised for a second time in two weeks after a law change rushed through Parliament saw benefit payments wrongly suspended. MSD said processing delays meant some paperwork was not checked in time, stopping payments. Luxon said he learned of the problem on Friday morning. MSD said everyone affected has been repaid.
