PM says sorry again after rushed law change stops benefit payments

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has apologised again after a law change rushed through Parliament wrongly stopped people's benefit payments. MSD, the government agency that pays benefits, said delays meant some paperwork was not checked in time. Luxon said he learned of the problem on Friday. MSD said everyone affected has now been repaid.
