Bluesky's 10-minute video limit stems from the AT Protocol itself

Bluesky raised its video upload cap from three to ten minutes by increasing the AT Protocol's blob size limit to 300MB. Because the protocol is open and federated, other clients on it — Bluescreen, Reelo, Skylight — inherit the same capability without app-specific changes. Upload speeds are reportedly two to three times faster.
