Bluesky's 10-minute video limit is a protocol-level change — all AT Protocol apps inherit it

Bluesky raised its video upload limit from three to ten minutes by increasing the AT Protocol's PDS blob size cap to 300MB. Because the protocol is open and federated, other clients on it — Bluescreen, Reelo, Skylight — automatically gain the same capability without app-specific changes. Upload speeds are reportedly 2x–3x faster.
