
Boy, 3, leaves hospital after crocodile enclosure incident at Cambridgeshire zoo
A three-year-old boy discharged from hospital on 25 August 2026 has returned home after seven operations, his family confirmed. He was allegedly thrown into a crocodile enclosure at Johnsons of Old Hurst zoo, near Huntingdon, on 18 June. A 30-year-old man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder remains on bail — released pending further investigation. Home rehabilitation has begun.
