Genomic discrimination law passed but still inactive — no regulations nearly two years on

The Contracts of Insurance Act 2024 lets the health minister regulate how insurers use DNA data. Nearly two years after royal assent, no rules have been written. AGenDA's Fay Sowerby told MPs the only explanation given was "prioritisation," with no sign of consultation yet.
