Humanoid Robot Outpaces Bolt's 100m Mark at Beijing Games

At Beijing's World Humanoid Robot Games, a robot named Tianzhuo ran 100 metres in 9.39 seconds, beating Usain Bolt's 9.58-second human record from 2009. Built by China's Beijing Innovation Centre of Humanoid Robotics, Tianzhuo's sprint was reported by media but not independently verified under standard athletics conditions. The Games also feature robot boxing, football, and household tasks.
