Toronto mayoral race finalized: Chow to face Alexander and Bradford on Oct. 26

Nominations closed Aug. 21 for Ontario's Oct. 26 municipal elections, setting Toronto's mayoral ballot. Incumbent Olivia Chow faces former federal Conservative minister Chris Alexander and councillor Brad Bradford, among others. Former Liberal MP Nate Erskine-Smith is running for council in Beaches–East York. Municipal clerks have until Aug. 24 to certify or reject the filed nominations.
