Federal agents seize Swalwell's devices, search his home in misconduct probe

Federal agents seized electronic devices from former Rep. Eric Swalwell at San Francisco International Airport and searched his Washington home, a person familiar with the matter said. Swalwell resigned from Congress in April 2026 after multiple women accused him of sexual misconduct. He has denied the allegations. The Manhattan district attorney and FBI are investigating.
