Federal agents take former lawmaker Swalwell's phones, search his home

Federal agents took electronic devices from former Rep. Eric Swalwell at San Francisco's airport and searched his Washington home, a person familiar with the matter said. Swalwell quit Congress in April 2026 after several women accused him of sexual misconduct. He has denied the allegations. The Manhattan district attorney and FBI are investigating.
