Spain to Move 500 Migrant Children from Ceuta After Deadly Border Crossing

Spain will relocate about 500 unaccompanied migrant children from its North African enclave of Ceuta to the mainland, reversing course after shelters built for 29 held around 1,350. The move follows a mass border crossing from Morocco on 30 July that killed at least 100. Spain's 17 autonomous regions must coordinate placements under their child-protection authority.
