Spain to Move 500 Migrant Children from Ceuta After Border Tragedy

Spain will move about 500 migrant children from Ceuta, a Spanish city in North Africa, to the mainland. Shelters built for 29 children were holding around 1,350. The move follows a mass border crossing from Morocco on 30 July that killed at least 100. Spain's 17 regional governments must coordinate the placements under their child-protection duties.
