NAB and Ray White push back on Wilson's 30% rent hike claim

Shadow treasurer Tim Wilson said Ray White endorsed his claim that Labor's tax reforms would push rents up 30%. Both NAB and Ray White say they did no such thing. That 30% figure is a static modelling assumption — a hypothetical input, not a forecast. NAB actually expects house prices to fall about 7% peak to trough.
