Calendly's AI Notetaker Joins Calls, Drafts Follow-Ups

Calendly launched an AI notetaker on August 19, 2026, that joins Zoom, Google Meet, and other calls to record audio and video, transcribe conversations, and generate summaries, action items, and draft follow-up emails. CEO Tope Awotona noted many existing notetakers stop at transcription. The tool notifies participants of recording via chat and scheduling integration.
