CareCloud breach: SEC filing says 8-hour access, notifications cite 6-day data theft

CareCloud told the SEC a hacker accessed its electronic health records for about eight hours. Breach notifications, however, say data was stolen from its AWS account over six days. CEO Stephen Snyder has not addressed the discrepancy or whether ransom was paid. The breach affected over 3.75 million people.
