Victoria's Court of Appeal to Livestream Erin Patterson's Appeals

Victoria's Supreme Court will publicly livestream Erin Patterson's appeals on 19–20 August 2026. Patterson, convicted of three murders and one attempted murder, challenges her conviction on seven grounds and her sentence separately. The Court of Appeal must first grant leave — satisfied at least one ground has reasonable prospect of success — before the full appeal proceeds.
