Victoria's Court of Appeal to Livestream Erin Patterson's Conviction and Sentence Appeals

The Supreme Court of Victoria will publicly livestream Erin Patterson's appeal hearings on 19–20 August 2026. Patterson, convicted of three murders and one attempted murder, is challenging her conviction on seven grounds and her sentence separately. The Court of Appeal must first grant leave — finding at least one ground has reasonable prospect of success — before the full appeal proceeds.
