Nevada judge admits 1997 police interview as key evidence in Tupac murder case

A Nevada judge ruled in July that a 1997 police interview with Duane "Keffe D" Davis can be used at trial, giving prosecutors their central direct evidence in the first criminal case to charge anyone in Tupac Shakur's 1996 killing. Davis, 63, has pleaded not guilty to murder. Prosecutors allege he helped orchestrate the shooting but was not the gunman.
