Judge allows old police interview to be used in Tupac murder trial

A Nevada judge ruled in July that a 1997 police interview with Duane "Keffe D" Davis can be used at trial, giving prosecutors their main evidence in the first criminal case to charge anyone in Tupac Shakur's 1996 killing. Davis, 63, has pleaded not guilty to murder. Prosecutors allege he helped plan the shooting but was not the gunman.
