Supreme Court Again Rejects Trump's Challenge to Carroll Verdict

On August 17, 2026, the Supreme Court denied Trump's rehearing petition in Trump v. Carroll — its second refusal to revisit the 2023 verdict holding him liable for sexually abusing and defaming E.
