Supreme Court Rejects Trump's Final Appeal in Carroll Sexual Abuse Verdict

The Supreme Court denied Trump's rehearing petition on August 17, 2026 — its second rejection of his challenge to the 2023 verdict holding him liable for sexually abusing and defaming E.
